Microsoft Outlook 2003 Setup

1) Open Outlook 2003

2a) Click "Tools"

2b) Click "E-mail Accounts..."

3) Choose the option "Add a new e-mail account"

Click "Next"

4) Choose the option "POP3"

Click "Next"

5a) Type in your name in the first section

5b) Type in your full email address

Example: username@megagate.com, joe123@megagate.com

5c) Type in the incoming mail server as mail.megagate.com

5d) Type in the outgoing mail server as smtp.megagate.com

5e) Type in your username, do not enter @megagate.com

5f) Enter your password - Make sure to check "Remember password"

5g) Optional: Click the "Test Account Settings" button to test your settings

Click "Next"

6) You have completed entering your settings.

Click "Finish"

You are now finished! To check your email, click the "Send/Receive"
button in the top menu bar.
