1) Open Apple Mail

2a) Click "Mail" in the menu bar
2b) Click "Preferences..."

3) Click the plus button at the bottom left
|
|
4a) Choose "POP" for the Account Type
4b) Type in "MegaGate" for the Account Description
4c) Type in your full name
4d) Type in your full email address
Example: john123@megagate.com
Click "Continue"

5a) Type in mail.megagate.com for the Incoming Mail Server
5b) Type in your username. Do not enter @megagate.com
5c) Type in your email password.
Click "Continue"
|
|
6) Type in smtp.megagate.com for the Outgoing Mail Server
Do not check the option "Use Authentication"
Click "Continue"
|
|
7) Verify all of your information is entered correctly
Click "Continue"
|
|
8) You have completed the wizard. Click "Done"
|
|
You are finished! You are now ready to send and receive mail.
